Overview
iVueit is seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Product Owner to support our Engineering and Product teams. This role is responsible for facilitating Agile delivery, driving Scrum ceremonies, supporting product and release planning, and collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Operations, Sales, and Marketing.
The ideal candidate brings strong Agile leadership, excellent communication skills, and enough technical depth to effectively partner with engineering teams building cloud-based, mobile, and web applications.
Key Responsibilities
Agile & Scrum Facilitation
- Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Story Estimation.
- Ensure consistent adoption of Agile best practices and drive continuous process improvement.
- Track sprint progress and provide clear, timely status reporting to leadership.
Product & Delivery Support
- Support the Product Manager in defining and maintaining product and release roadmaps.
- Ensure sprint goals align with broader business and product objectives.
- Own and manage small projects or initiatives as needed to support delivery.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as a liaison between Engineering and business stakeholders across Operations, Sales, and Marketing.
- Coordinate and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate requirements and ensure product quality.
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, and help drive resolution.
Technical Acumen (Preferred)
- Familiarity with AWS-based systems, mobile applications, and modern web application architectures.
- Ability to understand technical constraints and collaborate effectively with engineering teams to unblock delivery.
Work Schedule
- Hybrid role requiring 4 days per week in the office, with remote work on Wednesdays.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master supporting software development teams.
- Strong working knowledge of Agile methodologies and JIRA (Cloud).
- Experience or familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS) and modern mobile/web development.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
